The text of any link on your site needs to be clear, outside of any context it's placed in. If a screenreader is calling out the links on a page, reading "click here" or "more info" will be of little help to the user. This can usually be fixed with a minor change in wording. See the following example.

Fixed: Learn more about our courses This is an empty link for use as an example.
It is also best practice to avoid adding the same link multiple times on the same page. This is especially true if the link text is different in each of the links. Similarly, it is best to avoid reusing the same link text for different links. This can get confusing when reading the links out of context.
